Out cPanel license and server has non stop been increasing in price over the years to almost double what it was originally. This has prompted us to begin looking at alternatives to cPanel.
In our search we found a provider called sPanel which looks and works exactly like cPanel, but at a fraction of the cost with 24/7 managed support included! If we transition over to sPanel you will soon have a live chat option inside your control panel to talk to a sPanel employee about any possible concern or problem and have it resolved instantly!
So far we are liking what we see with sPanel, and will be testing it ourselves to ensure it meets the level of quality we expect out of our services.
A formal email will go out if/when we decide to migrate to a new shared hosting setup to all current customers.
