I received the activation email, but its not working!

Our mobile devices will need some time to connect to the mobile network and register as active. If you already had your device on, Power it off.
The device needs to go through a complete power cycle to re register with the network.

Turn the device off, and leave it off for 30 seconds.
Turn the device back on
After 5 Mins your device should be online and ready to go

If you are still unable to connect, You may need to program the APN on your device. Our APN is "broadband"

If the above steps do not work, Repeat them before contacting support.
